The toolkit exists because the difference between knowing something and using it is usually a piece of paper in the right place. A checklist beside the decision does more than an explanation read once.

Every resource states who it is for, what it is meant to achieve, how long it takes, and when it was last reviewed. Facilitation resources include notes on what to do when a session becomes adversarial, which is the part most published material omits.

Printing and downloads

Every resource here is a web page with a print stylesheet. Printing from your browser produces a clean page with the site header, navigation, and footer removed, and the content laid out for paper.

We do not currently publish PDF or DOCX versions, and we do not link to files that do not exist. The downloads page explains the current position and what would change it.

Reuse

These materials are intended to be used by libraries, schools, congregations, and community groups without asking permission first. Reuse terms are set out on theTerms of Use page. If you need something in a different format for accessibility reasons, contact us and we will supply it.
