Every toolkit resource can be printed today. Separate PDF and DOCX files are not published yet, and we do not link to files that do not exist.
What you can do now
All 11 toolkit resources are web pages with a print stylesheet. Opening one and printing it from your browser produces a clean document: the site header, navigation, breadcrumbs, filters, and footer are removed, links in the body are followed by their full addresses so a paper copy remains usable, and cards and callouts are kept together across page breaks.
To save one as a PDF without any file being hosted here, choose your browser's print dialogue and select "Save as PDF" as the destination. This works on every current desktop and mobile browser and produces a file you can email or store.
Why there are no PDF links
Publishing a link that produces a missing file, or a file that is out of date relative to the page it came from, is worse than publishing no link. Generating and maintaining accessible, tagged PDF and DOCX versions is a real commitment: every version needs its own review, its own accessibility check, and its own update whenever the source page changes.
Until that process is in place, the web page is the authoritative version of every resource. The steps required to add downloadable files, including where they would live, how they would be named, and how their metadata would be set, are documented for site maintainers in the repository content guide.

If a printed page or a browser PDF does not work for you, for accessibility reasons or otherwise,contact us and describe what you need. We will supply the material in a format you can use.
Reuse
Printing, photocopying, and distributing these materials within your library, school, congregation, or organization is expected and does not require permission. The full terms are on the Terms of Use page.
